Ingredients

• 1 pack of Lentil Magic
• 1 cup premade bruschetta
• 1 pack shredded Mozzerella Cheese
• 1 pack of ready made crostini or 1/2 loaf of baguette, thinly sliced and toasted

Steps

1. Combine Lentil Magic and bruschetta in a bowl
2. Spoon a small amount of mixture on crostini
3. Sprinkle mozzerella cheese over mixture
4. Place in toaster oven for 3 mins or until cheese bubbles

Makes 6 servings. Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 4-5 minutes
