Mini Cheese Balls (Rogan Josh)

Steps

  1. In a microwave safe bowl mix cream cheese and shredded cheese.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
  3. Add 3 tbsp of the Rogan Josh Cooking Sauce
  4. Gently fold sauce in. Do not mix thoroughly. This will create a marble look.
  5. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours to chill.
  6. After mixture is cold, make the balls by rolling in your hand
  7. Roll formed balls in crushed nuts or crushed crackers.
  8. After balls are formed put on a cookie sheet with wax paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve with crackers.
  10. These can be made in advance and frozen for up to 1 month

2 minutes to mix and microwave

2 hours to chill

1/2 hour to freeze and 1/2 hour to roll in crackers

makes approximately 20 mini balls
