Southwest Lentil Pie Explosion
Ingredients
- 2 packages of Madras Lentils
- 20+ oz. big bag of Multigrain Baked Pita Chips
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tb chopped Cilantro (optional)
- 1 oz. can of ground ginger
- 12+ oz. bag of shredded cheddar
- medium-sized aluminum pan
- Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Steps
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Take the medium-sized aluminum pan and spread the entire bag of Multigrain Baked Pita Chips at the bottom.
- Then lightly sprinkle ginger over the Pita Chips.
- Open the two packs of Tasty Bite Madras Lentils, add onion, tomatoes, ginger and cilantro.
- Spread the mix over the Pita chips.
- Open the bag of shredded cedar cheese and sprinkle over the entire pan’s content.
- Now put in oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Take out and garnish!
