Punjab Eggplant Dip
Ingredients
- 1 package Tasty Bite Punjab Eggplant
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- chopped chives
- Pita chips, torilla, crackers, or fresh cut vegetables for dipping
Steps
- Open Punjab Eggplant and empty into a bowl.
- Add 1 Tbsp. sour cream, mix well.
- garnish with fresh chopped chives.
- Serve with pita chips or crackers.
