•  I love Indian food, and for years have had to make it myself as there is no restaurant serving Indian food in my area.  Trying to gather the spices proved to be difficult at best, and now that I am alone I found that the spices lost their verve before I could use them up.  It was with some trepidation that I purchased my first "Good Korma" cooking sauce.  I bought it primarily because of its size - perfect when cooking for one or two.  I figured I would probably have to "doctor" it up, but followed the directions for the first go-round.  Oh, goodness!  I loved it.  Just the right amount of heat and the flavor was great!  OK....maybe that was a fluke.  Surely the Tikka Masala would prove to be bland and vegetable-y.  Yikes!  It too was wonderful - and more than satisfied my longing for Indian food.  Alas, the market here does not carry all of the sauces and other products on a consistent basis, but I will persevere.  But what of my incessant need to doctor things?  Not necessary.  What to do?  I just stir with wild abandon - clockwise....counter-clockwise....figure 8.....  Thanks for a great product!  And thanks too for making the directions fun!   I am going to have to put together an on-line order soon for the products I am unable to find."
