INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of Organic Coconut Rice
- 1 packet of TASTY BITE® Chickpea Tikka Masala
- 1 cup diced grilled chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp ginger powder
- Salt + Pepper to taste
METHOD

1. Add the coconut rice to a oven safe skillet.

2. Top with Tasty Bite Chickpea Tikka Masala

3. Add chicken, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix together in the skillet.

4. Top with mozzarella cheese.

5. Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes.
