Take your fries to the next level. These oven-baked sweet potato fries are loaded with spicy Chicken Vindaloo, creamy sauces, and fresh veggies for the ultimate flavor bomb.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large or 2 medium sized sweet potatoes, cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- TASTY BITE® Spicy Vindaloo Simmer Sauce
- 1 chicken breast, thawed, cubed and salted
- 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- Red onion, cilantro, yogurt, and cucumber for topping
METHOD

1. To make air fried sweet potato fries, preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into sticks. Toss in a bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil and seasonings. Air fry seasoned sweet potatoes for 12 minutes, shaking halfway. Air fry in 2-3 batches, don’t overcrowd.

2. Cook cubed chicken breast in a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Add in Spicy Vindaloo simmer sauce and warm according to directions.

3. On a pan or in a lined air fryer basket, arrange cooked sweet potato fries, sauce, and cheese and broil for 1-2 min until cheese is melted.

4. Add toppings of choice and enjoy immediately!
