INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds chicken wings , halved at joints, wingtips discarded
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup TASTY BITE® Spicy Vindaloo simmer sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
METHOD

1. Cut wings and remove tips

2. Pat dry with a paper kitchen towel

3. Toss in all the dry spices

4. Pre-heat oven to 425°F

5. Arrange wings, skin side up, in a single layer on a wire rack.

6. Bake turning the wings over 10 mins till done. Based on the size, it will take anywhere from 35-45mins

7. Remove from the oven and toss with Tasty Bite Spicy Vindaloo sauce (if you don’t want spicy try Tasty Bite Butter Chicken simmer sauce)
