Quick, fresh, and delicious. These handheld pitas are filled with bold Channa Masala, crisp veggies, and cooling yogurt for a balanced and portable lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pouches of TASTY BITE® Organic Channa Masala
  • 6 pita pockets
  • ½ cup lettuce of choice
  • ½ cup cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce, premade

METHOD

  1. 1.
    MICROWAVE Tasty Bite® Organic Channa Masala pouches per packaging instructions.

    WARM the pita bread in the microwave for 5 seconds or in the oven for three minutes.

    HOLD the pita pocket in one hand and add 2-3 Tbsp. of Tasty Bite® Organic Channa Masala.

    TOP with lettuce, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, red onion, and Tzatziki sauce.
