Quick, fresh, and delicious. These handheld pitas are filled with bold Channa Masala, crisp veggies, and cooling yogurt for a balanced and portable lunch or dinner.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pouches of TASTY BITE® Organic Channa Masala
- 6 pita pockets
- ½ cup lettuce of choice
- ½ cup cucumbers, sliced
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 cup Tzatziki sauce, premade
METHOD

1. MICROWAVE Tasty Bite® Organic Channa Masala pouches per packaging instructions.

2. WARM the pita bread in the microwave for 5 seconds or in the oven for three minutes.

3. HOLD the pita pocket in one hand and add 2-3 Tbsp. of Tasty Bite® Organic Channa Masala.
