Perfect for parties or snacking, these bite-sized cups layer creamy Madras Lentils with fresh toppings. A delicious Indian twist on classic nachos that's easy to prep and fun to eat.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pouches of TASTY BITE® Organic Madras Lentils
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1/3 cup jalapeno, diced
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Scoop or cup style nacho chips
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
METHOD

1. MIX in a medium size bowl tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, sugar, and lime. Add salt and pepper to taste.
