INGREDIENTS
- 1 Can of chickpeas
- 1 pouch TASTY BITE® Chickpea Tikka Masala
- ½ pouch of TASTY BITE® Basmati Rice
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- Brioche buns
- Any other toppings you’d like
METHOD

1 Open, drain and rinse one can of chickpeas then place in large mixing bowl

2 Mash chickpeas with the back of a fork or potato masher

3 Add one pouch of Tasty Bite Chickpea Tikka Masala and ½ pouch of Tasty Bite Basmati Rice to the bowl

4 Add salt, garam masala, curry powder and breadcrumbs to bowl

5 Mix well with clean hands or a spoon

6. Use ½ cup measuring cup to measure out four veggie burgers

7. Sear them in a skillet over medium heat for three minutes on each side

8. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

9. Serve on a toasted brioche bun with whatever toppings you’d like!
